Essential Functions and Responsibilities:- Greet all guests using Provo Beach guest service training SPARK.
- Be knowledgeable of all activities the facility has to offer.
- Be proficient in using the Provo Beach Point Of Sale software.
- Follow all policies set forth by Provo Beach.
- Attend all in-service and training meetings.
- Perform all cleaning duties as outlined.
- Be constantly looking for new ways to improve knowledge about Provo Beach.
- Be able to answer all customer questions.
- Enforce all Provo Beach guest policies.
- Properly perform all job duties as outlined in training.
- Report any problems to a manager.
- Complete all tasks that the Rescues or Floor Manager may ask you to do, related to the job.
